Who we are

Bad Alibi (badalibi.lol) is a mystery party game you play in the browser, made in India. You can reach us at support@badalibi.lol.

The game

One person hosts a game and shares a link. 3 to 10 friends join on their own phones, answer a few questions about each other, and play a mystery written from those answers, in about 75 minutes. You don’t need an account or an app.

Price and payment

A game costs $3.99 (US dollars, tax included), less any discount code, paid once by the host when they start it. Friends who join never pay. The price is shown on the Start button before you pay.

One payment covers that group’s game, including any rematch started from the same game within 48 hours.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo is the seller on your receipt and handles sales tax. By paying you also agree to Dodo Payments’ terms. We never see or store your card details.

Playing fair

Keep what you type kind and printable. We filter names, notes and hints, and we may end a game that is used to harass someone.

The host is responsible for inviting only people who want to play.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep games running, but we can’t promise the site will never be down. If a problem on our side stops a paid game, see Cancellation and refunds.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any game is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
