Cancellation and refunds

Before you pay

Setting up a game and inviting friends is free. You only pay when you tap Start, so you can cancel any time before that and nothing is charged.

Full refunds

We refund the full amount if you were charged but the game didn’t start, if you were charged twice, or if a problem on our side stopped the game from finishing.

Email support@badalibi.lol within 7 days of paying, with your four-letter game code. Other requests are reviewed case by case.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. They usually show up within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
